This month's SwampCreature Award goes to President Trump's Mar-a-Lago neighbor and quarter-million dollar Trump campaign donor John J. Cafaro, whose firm, Greenwater Services, was awarded a $1.7M, no-bid contract to install a water-purification system in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. And sure enough, the Reflecting Pool soon turned green from algae. Let no one say DC is just a metaphorical swamp!
